If you’re looking for family-friendly activities to do with the kids on New Years Eve, you can choose from one or more of these six events that take place in or around the greater Twin Falls area.
Twin Falls Jump Time
Jump Time at Twin Falls will be open until 9:00 p.m. on New Years Eve and will have specials to celebrate the New Year. For every four entries, you can get a fifth of equal or less value for free. This is not an automatic discount, so be sure to mention it if you want a special price.
Bowladrome New Years Party at Twin Falls
Twin Falls Bowladrome has a party on Fridays from 10:30 p.m. to midnight. For $ 20 per person, you get 2.5 hours of bowling, shoe rentals, party supplies, and your choice of champagne for the adults or sparkling cider for the kids. Tracks can be booked with a deposit and there is a minimum of four people on each track. If your group is smaller, Bowloadrome will try to match you with other smaller groups.
New Years Eve Party at Twin Falls Skateland
Skateland in Twin Falls will be having their annual New Years Eve Friday from 7:30 p.m. to midnight. The cost is just $ 11 for a fun night out for the kids.
Twin Falls Ball Drop to Silos by Depot Grill
Each year, local business owner Dave Woodhead swoops down on the historic grain elevators that overlook the Depot Grill in Twin Falls. The public is welcome to attend and you can either watch from our car or snuggle up around a fire pit that will be set up for the event.
1st Annual fossil freeze in Hagerman, Idaho
The Hagerman Booster Club hosts its first annual Fossil Freeze water ski event on New Years Eve at 1 p.m. The event is free to spectators and donations are being accepted to help the community raise funds for a new scoreboard for the soccer field. Bullz-eye BBQ will be on hand to serve up their famous brisket chili and cinnamon buns for purchase.
Falling Beetroot in Rupert, Idaho
The annual Beet Drop in Rupert, ID has quickly become one of Southern Idaho’s most popular events. It starts at 6:00 p.m. at Rupert City Square. There will be music and entertainment, featuring the Grace Church worship team at 7:00 p.m., and Royal Bliss at 10:30 p.m. Although the event is family-friendly, there is a beer garden for ages 21 and up. Pro tip: Get there early if you want a good place to park and be sure to cover up for the cold.
